Need acne skincare routine advice?.
I am currently using Clearasil Ultra Kit Solutions has recently launched. I used Proactiv in the past and presentations. My current routine is: 1. Clean your face with Clearasil face wash 2. Using Toner Clearasil 3. Use the lotion always 4. The application 10% BZP medicatoin (Clearasil) Twice a week you use the refining mask (sulfur) to the left during my Proactiv, Volume 2 vitamins a day, Tums, exercise, shower 1-2 times a day and do routine day and night. I use oil blotting sheets during the day and sometimes a wet cloth Clearasil. I also have a balanced diet and drink 8 + glasses of water a day. Does anyone have suggestions for improving my routine - I have moderate acne. Please no suggestions of products .. except that I have to find put a new skin twice a week after mine runs low sulfur (pref). Thank you!
That would be my suggestion Even if you are Keep doing everything right skin care quality. You get no benefit if you use cheap products from a pharmacy or supermarket. * Cleaning twice, using a slightly foaming cleanser (once the acne clears up and using a milky cleanser), the use of hot water and cold or hot as you can aggrevate acne. * Apply a non-alcoholic lotion everywhere Face * apply a moisturizer free of light oils * Exfoliate with a gentle scrub (do not use anything with pellets) twice a week and follow with a drying, a clay mask. Everything you do and you should see results after 1 week. ** Try not to touch the face throughout the day, you can spread the soil and contaminate your skin. You're doing the right thing to drink plenty of water to hydrate the skin heal itself much faster drying. The main thing I want you suggest, and it's difficult without seeing your skin actuallu. But because they only have moderate skin care acne can be used in dry skin, therefore, your skin will produce too much oil trying to make more. Thus the rate of sebum can be everywhere and most likely to during production. I know you said no product recommendations, but if you continue to use cheap products like Clearasil you do not see the results. I'm not saying you need to use as La Prairie, but maybe something in the midrange, as Algologie. It is natural and seaweed and is quite cheap. Its full line of skin care would cost about AU $ 150 and will last longer than 3 months I hope this helps a little
