Rowing is good for your back?
My dr. I recently said I needed to exercise my back muscles and abdomen. I have muscle pain caused by stress. I wonder if rowing on a rowing machine at the gym is a good choice? If so, is there a right way to do it, I'm not doing no harm to myself?
Rowing is a good exercise for your back and is better applied to a gym where you can get advice on technical correct wrong position on the other hand can get sore back!
