Is there a generic Allegra D available for 12 hours?
My employer just changed our provider of insurance and prescription program is tiered, so that generic drugs cost almost nothing, but cost-brand drugs and $ 35 or $ 50. I have many allergies and one of my allergy medicines Allegra is D. I just changed my script for 12-hours, because it because the FDA has approved a HCL (generic fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine HCI extended release). I'm still at things the doctor can tell a patient is theres a new generic available for a brand name drug, but the drug could not go to the pharmacy for another 6 months to a year. Generic drugs must go through many trials and legal waste before they can be sent in shops and pharmacies. If you can not pay the money from the brand Allegra D 12, just get the plain regular Allegra generic "Fexofenadine" Then pick up a package of Sudafed OTC or generic store brand "Pseudoephedrine" for a couple of bucks at the pharmacy and as a whole, ensure that both pills, but will be cheaper this way especailly if your insurance will receive a cheap generic copay dollars as 5-10. Sudafed and generic store brand is like 4 or $ 5 in most cases. Talk to your doctor and pharmacist about this change to save money before the 12 hours generic Allegra hits the shelves, probably sometime later this year or early nextyear. good luck now.
